Empowerment
One of the goals of our chapter is to develop and recognize leaders who will elevate the Filipino-American pride. The support that we provide our members through mentorship, positive attitude, caring environment, and provision of continuing education empowers them to excel in their practice and grow professionally.
Inspiration
We aim to be positive role models not only to our members but to the nursing community as a whole. We strive to elevate each other and look for ways to improve one another to build a culture of excellence that benefits our community.
Innovation
With the evolution of medicine, the nursing profession is working hand in hand with the medical profession as we continue to create new ideas, best practices, and methods to provide the best care for our family, community, and patients. We aim to better ourselves with the fast-changing world with our noble profession.
